- At this time we solely focus on Bookkeeping services for small-medium sized businesses, our ideal client is a busy business owner in need to take the work load of their shoulders, we take care of the books, so they can run their business.- If you are behind and need a clean up, no worries we can take care of any messy transactions or inaccurate records from the past.What is the cost?
- Most of the time it’s a Flat rate fee per month. Depending on the needs and involvement price can vary.How do you access my financial information securely?
- We use secure, accounting platform QuickBooks. We access your bank and credit card statements which sync automatically from your bank account. Once accounts are connected, information stays confidential and encrypted. Alternatively, you can send us documents thru email.When do you deliver financial reports?
- Usually the first week of the month, that way it gives us a buffer in case something needs to be added/revised from the previous month close. We compile monthly financial statements such as P&L and Balance Sheet.What if I need Tax preparation?
- We have a CPA partner that we can refer you to
